1. Agreement

By accessing Lyricist Studio at lyricist.studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service

Lyricist Studio provides cloud-based music production tools, project storage, collaboration features, and optional desktop downloads. Features vary by subscription tier and active license.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of audio and project content you upload. You grant Woven Protocol a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service — including export transcode and collaboration delivery.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our support policy and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Lyricist Studio to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or attempt to circumvent license gates or export limits.
