How do I get access to the DAW?
Purchase Studio Pro, hold an eligible Soundscape subscription (Harmonic/Ensemble for Lite, Founding tiers for Pro), or accept a collaborator invite on an existing project.
Can I collaborate with someone who doesn't have Pro?
Yes. Project owners with edit access can invite collaborators. Viewers can join via signed links; editors need appropriate permissions set by the owner.
What export formats are included?
DAW Lite includes WAV export. Studio Pro adds FLAC and MP3 via server-side transcode. Export from the DAW sidebar or project menu.
Is there a desktop app?
Yes. Licensed users can download the Lyricist desktop companion from the Download page. The browser studio is fully featured for production work.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Manage subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account email receipt, or contact support for plan changes.
Where is my data stored?
Project metadata lives in our database; audio stems and exports are stored in Cloudflare R2 with encrypted transit. See our Privacy Policy for details.
